Maplin

At Maplin, the purpose of my job role was to ‘assist in the delivery of first class customer service to ensure that profit and sales are maximised and agreed business targets achieved’. During my time at Maplin I became more confident in assisting customers, and also developed a good knowledge within a sales environment. I feel I settled in with my colleagues very well and find that keeping a friendly environment is a key part of team morale, which is something that will stick with me throughout my current and future career.
